Seller reviewShannon Murphy did well selling my rental property for the asking price. This house was old (1980) and not in the best condition but not run down either. She did her homework with comparable houses of same age range in the area and came up with a decent asking price. Shannon had an offer on the house for asking price within weeks of it being placed on the market. Due to COVID, the prospective buyer fell out of escrow but Shannon did not give up. Shannon shared her advice and experience on things that MUST be tended to sell the house and it worked. the third buyer actually was able to buy the house. Shannon demonstrated the interpersonal skills and professionalism that Century 21 should be proud of. She kept me informed, even on the weekends and after hours and kept my angst at bay. Shannon Murphy is an asset to you company.

She did not let me give up. She was kind to me and my children on every visit. She worked as hard as I asked her. Some days we would look at 4 houses and not once did she complain. There were things in a home I was not even considering unless she pointed it out.
