"I like to get to know my clients on a personal level. Whether buying your first home or selling your current home - each experience is unique. I enjoy investing my time in getting to know you and help you narrow down your needs/wants not just in the home itself, but the community, and helping you find that perfect fit. I also welcome the challenge of prepping a home for sale - staging and photographing a home to look its best is so important in attracting a buyer. Which is why staging help and professional photography are included when you hire me as your Realtor! From mortgage pre-approval to first showings, inspections and closing (and everything in between!), I am here every step of the way to negotiate on your behalf, answer all of your questions and make your home buying/selling process as smooth as possible. I would love to get to know you and help you find your dream home, sell your current home, OR purchase investment property. I grew up in Beloit, WI but fell in love with Milwaukee during a college campus visit, and have called the city home since graduating from Marquette University in 2003. My family and I now live in Wind Point. I consider myself a people person and attribute my interpersonal skills to 10+ years as a Professional Photographer and the owner of Shannon Wucherer Photography - a business/career I am very proud of and one that meshes very well with my career as a Realtor. I have a son, Grayson, who is 11 and daughter, Lila, who is 9. My husband Nic and I met during my senior year at Marquette and are die hard MU basketball fans, and Disney nerds :)"

She kept me informed with even the smallest updates or detail, which helped put my mind at ease. She was always quick to respond and questions were answered within an hour at most. Seller reviewWhat stands out to me in my experience working with Shannon was that she was sensitive to the fact that selling a house is an emotional experience as well as a financial experience. I had no idea how much selling my home of 24 years that I raised my kids in would impact me, and she made me feel sane more times than I can count, assuring me that this was a BIG life change, and she was here to help. Even though I had never sold a home, I felt like her sales methods were spot on from staging to social media promotion. My kids even remarked that the photos she took of the home after her AWESOME staging made the house look "better than it ever had". When she didn't know the answer to a question, she was honest and did the research to find out, and got back to me promptly. She was encouraging, reassuring, and helpful all the way from listing to closing. If you're looking for a realtor who really cares about helping you buy or selling a home, I cannot recommend her enough.

Shannon surely delivered, going above and beyond our greatest expectations! From recommendations on minor repairs, to her amazing home staging, photography and marketing, we received multiple offers at and above asking price on Day 1! Shannon gave us an honest, actionable list of things to invest in fixing, which ultimately helped us get top dollar for our home. Shannon graciously navigated and supported us through some frustrations with our buyer. On top of that, we are expecting our 2nd child, which required hospitalization and bed rest. Without hesitation, Shannon came to our home to help clean and stage for our open house. We are so grateful we had a realtor who truly cared about us during a stressful, emotional time.
