Shari Wells (Nixon) is the ultimate professional. My wife and I have now used her as our agent to buy and sell over 6 different homes. She's easy to talk too, a great listener, she understands the housing market and does her homework when coming up with a market analysis, she has a remarkable track record and relationship with other agents in the business which has made working with other agents great, she goes the extra mile, has a way of communicating throughout the process that make it smooth and less stressful, she'll even meet you at Starbucks to go over numbers and form a more suitable game plan for seeing other homes if need be. She's a people person who has the innate ability to work with all types of people and personalities. And what I like most is that she goes out of her way to help put you in touch with other C21 preferred contractors who can help get unfinished work done on a new property. We were extremely nervous to be purchasing our home while still living in another state. Shari made us feel at easy instantly. She spent an entire day with us when we came to visit and always responded to our phone calls and texts immediately. She made us feel like finding our perfect home was her number one priority even though she had other clients. Shari was amazing in helping us with all aspects of purchasing our home. In fact months later we consider her a personal friend. She is trustworthy and dependable! I would highly recommend her to anyone moving to the area.
