I appreciate Sharon's professionalism, her knowledge, her vast experience, and her flexibility. Sharon Blain worked hard for us. Sharon took our requirements, researched and showed us a variety of houses and neighborhoods, and she shared market values to help my partner and me to agree upon a fair price. The house had been vacant for five years, the sellers were not willing to make any repairs, and there were many red flags about the house even before the house inspection. Hence, we offered less than asking price and Sharon Blain helped us every step of the way. Sharon kept us updated via phone calls, texts, emails, and electronic signatures of amendments and other documents. She arranged for us to revisit the house several times to help us be confident we still wanted the house despite negative inspection findings. At various times when we asked for a pause to think about next steps, she did not rush us. When we were ready to proceed and asked Sharon to help expedite something, she was on top of it. She then used them to make up a binder that was in our home and available for buyers to see. We had never seem this done and think it is a great marketing tool. Our house sold in just under 3 weeks. It was the fastest, easiest house sale we have had.
