For over 20 years I have been helping people buy and sell homes and relocate into and out of our great city. I have been a resident of Carmel, IN for over 30 years. My knowledge of the Indianapolis real estate market is vast. I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs. I have built a very successful career because I have one focus; that focus is to provide the best service I possibly can! I take great pride in providing my clients with state-of-the-art marketing in order to sell their home, and the best tools and resources in the industry to my buyers when searching for a home. But, what truly sets me apart is my laser focus on providing extraordinary service. Without this focus I would not be trusted with the referrals I continually receive from my clients. My past clients entrust me to help their family and friends because they are confident that they will receive the time, attention, service and knowledge in which they received. Year after year I have reached the highest sales level, Centurion Producer. While this is a great achievement I am most proud to receive the Quality Service Pinnacle award. This recognition is based on my clients feedback and scoring in multiple categories. When Im not working with buyers and sellers Im spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. Its true what they say about grandchildren; just when you think you couldnt love anything more than you love your kids, then come grand kids!

Buyer reviewSharon is just amazing!! We never would have made it without her. She went above and beyond for us. Coming from a different state made us ignorant to just about everything here in Indiana so we relied entirely upon Sharon and her experience and knowledge and she never let us down. I couldn't even imagine how we would have made a move like this if we hadn't had her with us every step of the way. She was patient and respectful and always willing to work around our travel times. She was funny and kind and knew everything about every home we saw. From the history of the neighborhoods, to the type of materials used, to the history of the building companies. She even showed us all around and helped us feel comfortable in our new community. Thank goodness for Sharon!!!

Buyer reviewSharon is no doubt the one who knows the surrounding area and community, future city development, and change. She is also full of the knowledge of real estate marketing trend, repair cost, resale suggestions. She provided us some advice this first time we worked with her and we regretted we didn't listen to all from her. So we learned our lessons. She has never been pushy and always listens, searches, shows for us patiently. This purchase occurred in winter during the coldest days and we just came back from the vacation. Sharon ordered an extra inspection with her own cost right before the closing even though the seller side agents had guaranteed the water pipes were fine. We did not request it and she just did not want any surprise after we final close the house and cause any lose on us. Sharon is really above and beyond every time we work with her! Our hats off to her and we will enjoy working with her all the time!

Seller reviewThere was a point where we, as sellers, were not moving along fast enough with some information. Sharon prompted us to get moving on it, and did so in a professional way. I think that good nice communication is easy for everyone. Sharon showed her overall professionalism with that particular conversation with me. We would hire Sharon Bulmann as our agent again if we moved back to the northern Indy area.
