Seller reviewThe property had been listed earlier with another realty company to sell as is without any repairs or changes to the house on the property. Decided when we relisted to go with another realty company after making some substantial changes to the house. During our first meeting with Sharon, we felt confident that the property would eventually sell at a reasonable price. She provided to us on a monthly basis activity report updates for the property and kept us informed of other significant developments. This was very important to us. As I stated in the previous section of this survey, we were very confident in Sharon's ability to sell the property and at a reasonable cost. Her professionalism and attention to details were exemplary. We were so happy to have her as our realtor. The above ratings demonstrate her outstanding performance. As indicated in the above rating, we were very, very, pleased with all aspects of the sale.
