I have many years of sales experience and that experience has taught me a great deal about negotiations. I take pride in achieving the best results for my clients. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors. Primarily I specialize in Northampton County, Monroe County and Carbon County. After finding our current home and having the offer accepted we thought that the hard work was done and that we accomplished all of it. Boy were we wrong, We were complete and utterly unprepared for inspections, contingencies and negotiations, Fortunately nothing flew over our head because of Sharon.
