Several months before we were in need of a south Florida realtor, we were visiting in the area, and looked up Century 21 on line. Ms. Lindblade's office was very close to our hotel, and so we stopped by one day and told the person at the front desk that we would be moving to the area in a few months. She called Sharon to come out to meet us, and that is how we arrived at having her as our Realtor. Technically, it was by chance, but we were immediately impressed with her professionalism, her manner and demeanor, and very importantly, her friendliness. As time went by and we were in contact with Sharon for different questions, etc. it was obvious that she knew her job very well, and was extremely dedicated to our best interest. It was a wonderful chance meeting for us! The office is very attractive and we were very impressed with the big screen capability of seeing all the homes we were interested in, along with area maps, etc. All of the staff we had dealings with, treated us and our purchase with excellent standards and abilities. It is so apparent that a Realtor's job entails a myriad of tasks and necessary skills to bring a Home Sale to closing, and we were so impressed with Sharon Lindblade's ability to balance it all, even when things were very hectic and she had other clients to deal with; she never became frazzled, she was calm and collected and professional, yet very friendly.
