Hobbies
I have been involved in numerous committees within the local board of realtors including board of directors and past president. My community involvement over the years has included School PTA, Barb Boosters, Board president of the local Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, P.E.O., Board of the DeKalb Education Foundation, Home Extension, Egyptian Theater volunteer, Gather, and Athena committee.

My accomplishments include Graduate of the Realtors Institute 1988; Named Associate of the Year by the DeKalb County Board of Realtors 1986; Recipient of the DeWitt Osgood Award; and Named Realtor of the Year by the DeKalb Area.
Personal Profile
I am a life long resident of DeKalb, attended DeKalb schools and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Education. I taught 5th grade in Rochelle and obtained my real estate license in 1975. I am married to Jim, another life long DeKalb resident and we have 2 adult married daughters and 6 amazing grandchildren. I believe my knowledge of the area and eagerness to promote is a benefit to both parties in a transaction. I am committed to providing quality real estate service with enthusiasm and sensitivity to the needs and wants of both buyers and sellers.
