Buyer reviewI'm a single mom that was not really looking for a home. I told Shaun that I really didn't think I'd buy for another year. It would take the right situation and price. Shaun Hilton and I found the perfect home for my daughter and I within my price range. He went above and beyond and truly highlited to the seller why I was the best option, even though there were other offers that were offering more than I could. Shaun was in constant communication, he was genuine and he valued me as a single mother, tyring to better my situation. He made a dream a reality, I will reccomend him to anyone looking for a home!! Buyer reviewI have known Shaun for 3 years now and this my second property purchase through him. He is not only very professional, but also very kind and respectful of our thoughts and ideas. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly he is trustworthy. He has been great to work with and I will continue to work with him if I decide to purchase any real estate in the area. He has turned out to be not just my real estate agent, but more like a friend. He has been patient with us when we have put things on hold indefinitely sometimes and respects our decisions. Shaun provides his valuable feedback too in situations where we don't understand the whole situation as it is not our field. What stands out for me in Shaun is, his "Client and client's interests first" attitude. Shaun will do everything he can, to protect my interests and I have no ounce of doubt in this. Thank you Shaun. Seller reviewMy previous agent with a different broker was a horror show. Once Shaun took over everything went smoother, things happened on schedule and when he said they would. He kept me informed of everything which was critical since I had already moved out of state. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know selling or buying a property in UT.
