Seller reviewShawn previously helped my family find our new home. His integrity and hard work was unbelievable. There is no doubt that he is the only realtor I will ever deal with. I can't believe we had an offer of our asking price in a couple of days. We had an offer of the asking price within a couple of days, the buyer was using her VA Loan and if not for Shawn we would still be waiting to close. His attention to detail and staying in touch with all parties made it happen, it was the buyer that slowed the process to 45 days. Shawn is always available and if not he replies with a text that he will call you as soon as he is available Shawn Blount is AWESOME!!!!!

Shawn was very knowledgeable about the Norfolk area which allowed me to pick a house that met my needs some of which were space, convience, and crime rate. Shawn was always willing to answer my calls or texts in a timely manner any day of the week including evenings. As a first time buyer, I had many questions that needed definitive answers. If Shawn didn't know the answer right away he would always get back to me once he had that information. My first time buying a house couldn't have been easier when working with Shawn and the Century 21 team.

Buyer reviewI previously dealt with Denise Winslow in the Rental Division so was calling her to get a recommendation of a realtor and Mr. Blount happened to be the one to answer my call. I told him my situation and we agreed to meet the next afternoon. He had done the research on my neighborhood and we then worked together to find a new home. Since Mr. Blount had been to my home and seen my furniture it was to the point that he could look at a house and know if my furniture would fit. He also paid close attention to my style so he knew before I ever saw the houses whether I would like them or not. Mr. Blount was always there for us he is a fantastic realtor as well as being a fantastic person. I have never dealt with a realtor before and am so glad that Mr. Blount was the person to answer the phone that day, he made it all so easy.
