She was very patient working with my overnight schedule and was able to show me the house and answer questions with flexibility for my schedule. This was my first time buying a home and she made the process easy and stress free. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. She CARED about my needs, preferences, and concerns. If I ever buy another house there's no one I'd use other than Shawn. She was excellent in every way.
