Buyer reviewShefa Aggarwal sold our condo a decade ago, I was impressed with her dedication then and listening to our needs when it was a time when she was just starting in the business. There was no question in my mind whom to contact when our family needed a broker to replace our parents' home. We had a couple of escrows that did not come to fruition. I remember one when Shefa volunteered to retrieve our deposit rather than wait for it to be mailed. That was very kind of her as I think she knew I was a little apprehensive about the escrow company. Shefa kept in touch even when her job as broker for her was done. She made time for the property walk through with us even though it was discouraged by the developer. Our purchase was a family home replacement which required agreement of five siblings. So this was not an easy task. Shefa was always patient and she made great effort to look for properties that would meet our family's budget and needs. She seemed to do this tirelessly even when we changed our requirements midstream.

Seller reviewIt was about eight, maybe nine years ago when I first met Shefa when she sold our condominium. When it was time to sell my parents' 80 year-old home in a challenging real estate environment, I could only think of one person who could successfully do it. From listing to close of escrow, everything went smoothly for us because of Shefa's expertise. Our transaction closed in 60 days' time from the time the property was listed. I could not have asked for a better support.
