The lengthy time between signing of the contract and clearance for closing was due to the buyer's lender taking so long. Though the process was a lengthy one due to conditions beyond our control, my wife and I were able to sell our house in Laurelton, NY as planned due to the tenacity and expertise of our realtor, Ms.Prince. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how Ms. Prince treated us and worked with us. We found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
