She was extremely quick to contact seller's agents to coordinate whatever needed to be done. She was never phased by our sometimes specific requirements. It took almost 6 months for us to finally find the one property that was perfect for us. She hung in there. At closing, there was a glitch from the sellers. That's when she shined. A few carefully chosen, very professional words and the problem was solved! We can't thank her enough for being so caring, knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help with a smile.

She understands very quickly and adapts to your personal interests to ensure you're getting what you want/need. Sheila is always polite, courteous, and friendly. Acknowledging certain times to remain quiet, but by no means being awkward and not knowing how to carry conversation like newer agents. She is incredibly familiar with the local area, and does not just get to know you, but remembers small details about your conversations. This is real interest.
