Landlord reviewShelby Rappenecker manages our apartment buildings in Brush, Colorado. She is very knowledgeable about the market and keeps up to date on any new or changing laws of the state. She has graciously accepted suggestions from us over the years, about these rentals, the rates, etc. She is a very hard worker and a perfectionist. We have had very few vacancies for any length of time because she finds new tenants quickly. Shelby has a very pleasant, friendly and gracious personality, but she can also be very firm when dealing with the public.
