We had a person back out on us and Shellie had another contract lined up and put as the main the same day without any issue. Seller reviewShellie's knowledge of the area where property was located was definitely a plus. We reached out to her and she was willing to meet with us at the times we were available. She heard our comments and listened to any concerns we had. We also needed someone that would be patient with our 82 year old mother and explain things so she could understand. Shellie was sensitive to the fact that our mother wanted to be included in all transactions and wanted to make the final decisions. Shellie would take the time to ensure my sister and I knew all the options so we could help our Mother as well as she would sit down and review every offer in language our Mother understood including disclosing all fees, etc. Needless to say her patience, transparency, and dedication to the sale made for a wonderful experience for our family. Especially since this is the home Mom and Dad built and we grew up in. I can not say enough positive things about Shellie Stephens. She exceeded our expectations and we not only would recommend her, but already have to friends and family.
