Seller reviewShelly Dashiell had previously helped me with the process of purchasing a home and helped alleviate the anxiety that was caused by poor communication between the mortgage broker and myself. Naturally, I remembered her kindness and patience when needing to sell my home and she was available to help me with this while accommodating my schedule. My home had an offer in two days after listing it at the asking price thanks to the strategy of scheduling an open house immediately after listing the home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience nor a less stress-free experience while focusing on finishing graduate school and obtaining certification and licensure as a nurse practitioner. I'm thankful this process went as smoothly as possible. I highly would recommend Shelly Dashiell to friends and family as she is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and strategies for receiving offers on a home and prepared a complete binder of a marketing strategy which she presented thoroughly and on the timeline I needed.
