Buyer reviewI can not say enough good things about Shelly Lee. She was generally very attentative during my entire home buying process. Whenever I would like to see a property, Shelly was quick to get us in for a private viewing. She was also very instrumental in helping to close the deal on my home when I finally found the ONE. I am so grateful for all of Shelly's hard work and help!

Upon first interacting with Shelly, she was kind, energetic, patient, and professional. She was also a great listener. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings due to our extenuating circumstances that we had regarding the sale of our home. Shelly was so understanding of our situation and transparent. She was responsive, a great communicator and always made herself available to us. Those traits are hard to come by. She kept us in the loop about EVERYTHING, and for that we are thankful. We are a military family that had to relocate a great distance away from the home we were selling. Shelly always stopped by to check on our house to ensure that everything was safe and secure. She even went out after a storm to check on our property. Shelly was amazing and we highly recommend! We are thankful for her help and her expertise!!

Seller reviewIt is not hard to put into words just how AMAZING Shelly was in the process of selling our material home. It all started in April 2024 when we reached out to her to let her know that we were planning on putting the house on the market in July this year. Now you may wonder why we reached out so early. Well, it was because we were working through a divorce and needed guidance on what to expect. Shelly was a ROCKSTAR from the moment we had our first meeting. While it took us until the middle of August to actually list the house, she was patient and supportive the entire time. Honestly, I don't think that we would have had the phenomenal outcome we did without her! I am eternally grateful for her professional expertise and beautiful spirit. Buyer reviewI was initially skeptical about being referred a realtor from this program as you never know if the person will be a good fit. However, after our first meeting with Shelly, the skepticism immediately went away. She took her time to explain the process for us, answered every question(and if she couldn't answer it, went directly to the source for the answer), held our hand as first time home buyers and was always available. She also advocated for us even when we didn't know what to advocate for. She has been an excellent realtor throughout this process and we have enjoyed workinf with her during this journey,

We were lucky enough to have a multiple offer situation, and she helped to guide us through that. She was able to help us use those multiple offers to accept an offer above asking with a guarantee for over appraisal value. If there was any issues that arise, Shelly took care of them and did not get us involved if she could help it.
