She was quick to respond to all my questions and provided valuable information throughout the entire process. I appreciate her detailed and quickly composed inventory of all furniture and decor in the house, her additional information about local utilities list, her time to meet with me at my request. It was one-of-a-kind experience for me when I ended up purchasing this house with all furniture and decor. At the end, I had the price of the house reduced from the price listing and ended up with a separate agreement for the furniture. I can't t thank Shelly enough for finding for me the house that meets my requirements in this stage of my life. I consider it is the great talent of Shelly to listen and to meet customers' needs. I hope I will be able to call it my happy retirement home - a new page of my life.
