Seller reviewShe is responsive, professional, personable, and kept me informed. Mine is a complex situation with probate of an estate in a different state and she did everything to assist. The escrow process had some glitches, some from me not having correct paperwork but also on the escrow companies reviewing od documents in advance. They admitted their mistake and tried to remedy it as quick as they could. We all make mistakes but not everyone takes responsibility for them and the escrow company did. Shelly helped through that and supported me. In the end I got rid of a piece of vacant land in a not so desirable location fairly quickly. She had a buyer quickly but the escrow was slowed down do to my ignorance of dealing with an estate and unfortunately my lawyers were inaccurate in the info they gave me. Shelley's title company had to lead me in the correct direction. I would absolutely recommend Shelley to sell your property!!!
