Seller reviewI was referred to Sheree by a realtor in Columbus OH when I was looking for a home in the Cleveland area. Sheree handled the purchase for me while I was still in Columbus. I could only attend showings on the weekend. Sheree found homes that matched my needs and wants; she was very flexible in accommodating my schedule. When I needed to sell my home for health reasons I called Sheree. She came to the house and took beautiful pictures of my home, and the house was listed quickly. Sheree kept me updated on everything and made herself available for all my questions. We received 3 offers; Sheree clearly explained the benefits and risks of each offer and represented me very well in negotiations. The home sold within a few weeks for a good price. Sheree was very friendly and very professional and I had fun working with her. She was hard-working, honest and driven to do her best for me. I highly recommend Sheree Klausner.

She was always available whenever we needed anything no matter the time of day or nite. She cared about our needs and wants. I think she is an excellent addition to Century 21. I will definitely tell all my family and friends looking to purchase a home about Sheree. She cared for us as if we were family. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, honest and all that plus. If I ever decide to purchase another home she is the one I would call. We love her.

She constantly kept in touch with me and gave great suggestions throughout the entire buying process. I had a short timeframe to purchase a home and she helped me make it happen with time to spare. Sheree did a fantastic job keeping me up to date and quickly answering any and all questions I had. She was wonderful in dealing with contracts and getting things signed promptly. Very flexible with all of our appointments and inspections and was an effective point of contact between me and the seller/agent. Could not have asked for a better experience in buying my first home. Sheree was there every step of the way! Would absolutely recommend her to any first time home buyer!
