My love for real estate is grounded in the fact that I was born and raised in my hometown of Paris. My success in real estate is in networking and answering my phone! I'm very familiar with Paris, Lamar County and surrounding counties and the changes and opportunities found here. My specialties include residential, land and commercial. I have been a Multi-Million Dollar producer for Century 21 every year since 2017. My husband and I have 2 sons, 2 daughters in law, 3 grandchildren and one great grand with another coming soon! My husband is a retired firefighter and together we have owned 2 very successful business for over 17 years and passed those on to other entrepreneurs! We love to spend time with family, travel in our Airstream to our desert property or our hill country property, and help network rescued pups! We clicked with her right away and, even though we did not end up buying the property that initially caught our eye, we liked and trusted Sherrie so much that we kept working with her until we did find a place that we are now thrilled to own. Sherrie was ALWAYS responsive, ALWAYS available, ALWAYS cheerful, ALWAYS professional. Sherrie's fund of knowledge, about real estate offerings in Paris, and about the area in general, is very extensive, and she is so willing to share her advice and experience. She was able to arrange for us to meet two different contractors to discuss renovations on properties that we viewed, and to help us to get inspections done in a timely fashion, and even helped us to get three separate roof replacement bids. I definitely would want to work with Sherrie again if I found myself in need of a realtor. She has earned my trust. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
