If we hadn't moved across the country we would surely have used her to purchase another property. She is pleasant, intelligent and extremely easy to trust and work with.

She faced many challenges including an elderly owner with dementia, an out of town family, and a mobile home needing remodeling and crammed with years of accumulated stuff. She helped with everything and sold it quickly once she had it cleaned up. She was kind, patient, competent and supportive every step of the way. I would say that she went beyond what anyone could have expected to help complete the sale.
