Sherry Condee deserves to be commended for her hard work with me as a buyer. Once the offer was made to purchase, Sherry went above and beyond to keep me informed of the delays that occurred when "title issues" were found. For the 3 months it took from the start of the offer to closure on the house, Sherry was there for me with every prompt phone call, text or concern that arose. She also recommended the Home Warranty for one year and thanks to her, I only had to pay $75.00 when the $3000.00 central heating/cooling unit motor went out. She looks out for her clients, drives many miles at the drop of a hat to meet with her clients and seriously deserves a bonus, a comendation or something more than a "thank you".
