All of the above aspects were handled quickly and smoothly.We didn't encounter any of the negative issues we had heard about from people who had purchased homes.

Buyer reviewSherri Howell is an exceptional realtor with superb professionalism and integrity. She placed our needs and concerns 1st, always thinking ahead to ensure the deal didn't fall through. She patiently took us from house to house to house. When we finally choose a home she successfully negotiated the price of the home for us, something uncommon when buyers are paying full price or more for a home. When our mortgage company required mold treatment at the last minute before completion, to secure the loan, she immediately went into action days before the seller's agent, who although a seasoned agent, we found became easily overwhelmed at times by reasonable tasks. Sherri is an "change agent" in her career field and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Greenville area.
