Sherry actually contacted us when we were searching for houses. We were with another Agent with Century 21 but she dropped off the radar during our house searching process. Sherry stepped up to the plate not knowing this and made us a number 1 priority. Sherry was the best agent we could ask for. She understood our time crunch and made us priority number one. She handled our money well and quickly delivered it to the seller. As first time homebuyers, she walked us through everything and was with us every step of the way. Even on her vacation she was there video chat during closing. She helped us negotiate prices, and terms of the purchase perfectly to ensure we got everything fixed that failed inspection and kept most costs out of our pocket. She ensured the contracts were carried out by local businesses that did a great job and were quick to come out and do the jobs. Sherry was excellent with everything. She would frequently contact us as we did her to check up on things, ask questions, or update us as soon as she heard. Excellent knowledge to help us understand the home buying process. Very polite. Extremely understanding of our situation. She still after closing talking to us and seeing is we need anything. The pervious staff we felt was unacceptable that we were just dropped like that. Knowing that she was a military wife, she should understand where we came from. She was good at the beginning but when we actually started the home buying she just stopped everything without a reason.
