Buyer reviewShirley Luu's slogan is "I Always Focus On What's Best For You" and she truly means it. Look no further--you will not find a better agent to represent you and your interests! Shirley is wonderful to work with and goes far beyond any reasonable expectations to care for her clients! She is very attentive to her clients' needs and works incredibly hard on their behalf. She puts in long hours and is readily available by phone, text, and email. She consistently made me feel like her most important client. Shirley helped me to get a better interest rate on my mortgage and continues to provide personal assistance well over a month after the sale closed. I couldn't possibly be more pleased. She also works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure escrow proceeds smoothly. For example, she worked with my lender and the escrow company in the last week of escrow to keep things on schedule and to ensure the funding and closing both happened at the most advantageous times for me. She has earned my complete trust. I very strongly recommend Shirley to everyone I know who is considering buying or selling a home.

Seller reviewShe was patient for years. She sponsored many things in the neighborhood. She was, by far, the most professional agent anyone cold ever had. Everything she said came to fruition and there was absolutely no false promises and anything but the facts and that is the way to do business in a friendly way. Thank her. If you Googled for the most perfect realtor, her picture should be the first to pop up. There is not enough words to explain how terrific she was Not enough kind words can explain her kindness and dedication The house sold in 3 days and there were some appraisal and as is situations and she ironed everything out with the buyer as well as ourselves. It was all ammicable to both parties and, thanks to Shirley, everything went great for everyone. Escrow was great. That was the only other dealings

I was a little stubborn at first but as she educated me through the process I began to understand better. She is so knowledgeable of the system, people dynamics, the business side of the process and worked SO hard to get my house sold. She went above and beyond any expectation I had of what a good agent should be. I would refer her to anyone! Shirley has a great combination of the consummate professional and a down to earth person who is very easy to communicate with. Very hard worker, great sense of humor, personable, intelligent and easy to be with. Couldn't have asked for more.
