As a veteran in the real estate industry and Siouxland business community I have the skills and connections to stage, market and sell your home expediently and to your best advantage. Seller reviewOur house had some unusual issues as it was designed to be handicapped accessible. For some buyers this could be a detriment. But Shirley Patrick turned this into a positive and designed a marketing campaign to highlight this feature. She came up with some very inventive ideas to attract people. The marketing was excellent, well beyond just a sign in the front yard. The pictures in the paper and on the web attracted a lot of people to the open houses. She even posted flyers at strategic locations. Shirley Patrick kept us abreast of her progress every step of the way. We were particularly impressed with her ability to adapt her sales approach to feedback from open houses. We made improvements to the home as needed and we feel those changes were what made the difference in finally selling the house. She really was tireless in getting our house sold in a difficult market. She walked us through the final negotiations and we feel we ended with a very good sales price. We were so pleased with how professionally we were treated every step of the way. Shirley Patrick made us feel like we had a pro in our corner, working in our best interest.
