Seller reviewI have worked with Shoya Garrison before when I bought my house in 2012. She made it easy and stress free to buy the house and I knew that she would be the best fit to help me sell it. I even told my sister about her and she bought a house through her as well. I would recommend her because it's like having a person that puts you first and will make buying/selling a house easier. She always kept a level head and knew what she was talking about and could translate it to me in a way that would be easy to understand. She had great advice when the counter offers came and ultimately helped me get more than I thought possible for my house. She sold it way quicker than anticipated as well. She kept me updated and well informed the whole time and made selling my house less stressful. My overall experience was great and made selling a house easy. She was a great help throughout the whole experience. When selling your house you better go see Shoya Garrison! No other choice in my opinion!

Seller reviewWhen we decided to sell the store at 1307 N. Main in Altus. We began the process of looking for the best real estate firm we could find. We looked on the internet and took our previous experience with real estate firm before deciding to contact Century 21. Shoya Garrison was the person we met with when we went to Century 21, and we immediately, gained confidence in her. She was an excellent listener, and she helped us decide on the sales price and on the best approach for making a timely sale. From that point on, Shoya handled everything as well as we could have hoped.

She asked when would be a good time to schedule a time to see the house and I told her I was parked in front of it...she showed in ten minutes! I have no complaints about Shoya; she taught me a lot about the area and house searching.
