I care personally about everyone involved and I believe the byproduct of this is that trust is high amongst everyone and often lends to smoother transactions.

Buyer reviewI have purchased and sold several houses over the past few years. Si was without doubt the most trustworthy, up front agent I've ever worked with. Any problems were presented to us with a perfect solution ready. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Seller reviewWhat else can I say about Si, the man is a Saint when it comes to real estate. I have delt with other agents in the past but Si excells above all others. The most important thing is his ability to communicate, to keep us in the loop every step of the way to what I would deem as a highly succesful real estate transaction. Professional, yes but he seems to have a nack of putting you at ease throughout the total experience of listing to final closing. I could go on and on about the good work he has done but I don't believe I would have enough room. So a huge thank you Si we were so lucky to have you on our side.

Buyer reviewOurs was a very unique situation, and Si was amazing throughout!!! We knew what house we wanted and Si happened to be the seller and was able to represent us as the buyer as well. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and broke everything down so we were never unsure of where we were in the process or what the expectations were. He was PHENOMENAL!!! He added a very personal connection to the whole transaction which to me, shows he genuinely cares about his clients and I feel is so rare these days! I would 100% recommend Si to any and all family or friends who may either be buying or selling a home. Could not have asked for a better agent for my first time home buying experience. Si is a true asset to Century 21 and the real estate agent community.

Buyer reviewI cannot say enough good things about Si! Throughout the whole process, from start to finish- even AFTER the sale, he continues to be beyond helpful. I was a first time home buyer and he was always looking out for me. My first impression of him was how different he was than other realtors. I appreciated his honesty when he was showing me homes. He pointed out things that possibly could be on the inspection. He even went into crawl spaces to check things out. No realtor does that! Si understood what I was looking for and my limits on what I could do myself for home improvements. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed into purchasing a home. I've worked with other realtors and they normally try and twist a negative aspect on a house into a positive thing, but Si was real with me and it never felt like he just wanted a sale. Si genuinely cares about his clients and I couldn't have been in better hands. Si said he'd find me the perfect home no matter how long it took and he did!

He was 100% professional and acted with integrity across then entire process. Ive never felt the need for hugging my agent before yet Si brought that out of me. He did a great job and could not have asked for anything more. He has been a blessing to work with and really took a load off of us during this rough time of change.
