I care personally about everyone involved and I believe the byproduct of this is that trust is high amongst everyone and often lends to smoother transactions.

He has a great combination of experience and intuition so we knew we could trust his advice, especially because he based his recommendations on what he learned about us and our needs. Si also has great contacts to provide full service support–from connecting us to a fantastic lending partner to contractors. We highly recommend him, whether you are a first time buyer or (like us) have been through this before.

Buyer reviewOurs was a very unique situation, and Si was amazing throughout!!! We knew what house we wanted and Si happened to be the seller and was able to represent us as the buyer as well. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and broke everything down so we were never unsure of where we were in the process or what the expectations were. He was PHENOMENAL!!! He added a very personal connection to the whole transaction which to me, shows he genuinely cares about his clients and I feel is so rare these days! I would 100% recommend Si to any and all family or friends who may either be buying or selling a home. Could not have asked for a better agent for my first time home buying experience. Si is a true asset to Century 21 and the real estate agent community.

Buyer reviewI cannot say enough good things about Si! Throughout the whole process, from start to finish- even AFTER the sale, he continues to be beyond helpful. I was a first time home buyer and he was always looking out for me. My first impression of him was how different he was than other realtors. I appreciated his honesty when he was showing me homes. He pointed out things that possibly could be on the inspection. He even went into crawl spaces to check things out. No realtor does that! Si understood what I was looking for and my limits on what I could do myself for home improvements. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed into purchasing a home. I've worked with other realtors and they normally try and twist a negative aspect on a house into a positive thing, but Si was real with me and it never felt like he just wanted a sale. Si genuinely cares about his clients and I couldn't have been in better hands. Si said he'd find me the perfect home no matter how long it took and he did!

He was 100% professional and acted with integrity across then entire process. Ive never felt the need for hugging my agent before yet Si brought that out of me. He did a great job and could not have asked for anything more. He has been a blessing to work with and really took a load off of us during this rough time of change.

Buyer reviewAfter meeting Si through church, he immediately took an interest in us and our home search. The day after we sat down to begin the process, he was showing us homes on the market to give a realistic expectation of our price range. He was able to get us in for a private showing of our future house, which allowed the process to move quickly through closing. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect, but Si walked us through the entire thing, always kept us in the loop, and went out of his way to meet with us whenever necessary. He made the daunting process as stress free as possible. He has great relationships with those that he works with, also allowing for great communication and a smooth process. We would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking!
