Buyer reviewTo anyone who is seriously planning to buy a home, Simone is the person to help you. Simone is thorough, tenacious, sweet as honey but firm in her business dealings. She is no pushover. With Simone on your side you will receive reliable information and she will work to get you a most fair deal. I ended up buying a home "as is" and Simone still managed to negotiate some repairs which saved me a good amount of money. Simone really looked out for my best interest from beginning to end. I would not want another agent because anyone else would be a dissapointment after the dedicated service I received from Simone.
