She remembered every critical detail about what we were looking for, even though we were very specific in some things. We could only be in Texas to look at houses for one weekend, and she lined up 18 houses for us to see in one day. When those didn't pan out, she was able to schedule another four showings for us with less than a day's notice. We are so grateful to So Yong for helping us through this incredibly arduous process with a smile and a snack bag at every step.
