Not only did she help us complete the purchase, she helped us find a short term rental while we waited for our new home to be built and helped take the stress off of the big transition. Sondra provided excellent service for this out-of-state purchase. Even when my flight was cancelled due to weather, which prevented me from attending the inspection, she gave me a video tour of every single feature of the home and grounds and gave me the opportunity to speak with the inspector multiple times. Because of Sondra's care and attention, I felt so comfortable and confident in the condition of the home, I proceeded with the purchase without having seen the home in person. She maintained this level of service through closing and beyond. I now consider her a friend and have already recommended her to people and will continue to do so in the future.
