We had never felt uncomfortable with her through the entire process. She answered quickly whenever I had questions related not only with the house purchasing but choosing the vendors for remodeling after purchasing. Her suggestions while we were offering the price was always reasonable for us because she dealt with every single situations and explained to us kindly. I like the most about her is that she gave us a lot of honest and valuable recommendations. She didn't just let us make wrong decisions. She guided us to make right decisions considering our individual situations. She is also well experienced especially for the procedures of house buying from out of the country. She provided all the paperworks that were required by other country. This is really helpful to make the process smooth. We are satisfied with her and strongly recommend her.
