Stacey Smith was referred to us when we contacted C21 about a property listed by another agent. We were interested in working with someone who would work hard for us to find a property within the parameters we had set. Stacey worked quickly and effectively to find homes and to schedule showings. She listened to our feedback about properties and that helped her narrow and fine tune her selection of properties based on our likes and dislikes. During the purchase process, Stacey was very timely in getting documents put together and sending to us. She utilized online document management tools very effectively with us. Once the agreement was accepted and we proceeded with the loan process, she was frequently checking in to make sure things were moving forward. She helped to manage the inspection process successfully by providing a list of candidate companies, and once I made my selection, she made sure our inspection went well and helped to manage the process of getting necessary repairs made. Our closing was uneventful (that's good!). Stacey was there in person and shared in the success with us! As an added bonus, C21 provided free use of their truck for 2 days to move. I like what they say on the side of the truck about C21 agents; gusto, dependability, and know how. Very true in our experience with Stacey. Stacey Smith is a terrific real estate professional and I will use her again in the future.
