Originally from Charlotte, NC, I moved to the Grand Strand in 2005 and began my career in Real Estate. Seller reviewAbout half way thru the process an illness forced Staci to shift our property to another broker on the Broadhurst team, Amanda Unerli. The transition was absolutely seamless! Amanda followed thru with all that had previously occurred and began implementing the established marketing plan. During the process, we had an HVAC company visit on several occasions which required someone from Broadhurst to let them in and remain on premises while the work was being accomplished. A highly important thing when the property is not occupied by the owner and the owner is several states away! Staci and Amanda exhibited the highest level of customer service answering any questions and providing updates generally within minutes! That included nights and weekends...and even vacations! To experience a truly full service team that will handle all facets of your buy or sell, I would strongly recommend Century 21 Broadhurst.
