Although I was no longer located within the state, Stacie had made the process so easy it was not an issue that I was within a different time code. I think it is important to be able to have the patience with someone who is buying a home for the first time because you don't know what to expect, you don't know the process, so you need to have someone who is going to be there for you and guide you and make it a wonderful experience! Stacie was very friendly and patient and always available, she was amazing to work with!

Buyer reviewGender does not matter. Follow up, local knowledge, and doing some work ahead and without me very important. Also appreciate not being stalked by my realtor. Stacie Cashbaugh: I will use her again and forever. Unlike the first realtor I encountered and used to look at one property, Stacie never came to a showing with a "ho-hum" attitude about herself, the property, the neighborhood, etc. She knew when to step out of the way and allow me to look, but also stayed in constant contact and alerted me to appropriate properties just coming onto the market. I will refer!

Buyer reviewStacie Cashbaugh. Is a perfect example of what a true Realtor should be, willing to go over the edge (Why Stop at the edge?) to provide a detailed experience on How to Buy a House. I provided the basics 4 bedrooms, 2+bath, 2 car garage, big wide drive cuz we have 4 cars. Then there were the specials BIG ONEm our cars must enter/exit the drive WITHOUT scraping the nose of our performance cars. Stacie took that detail and ran with it. We had looked at all kinds of potential houses. Had a couple of inspections which Stacie stayed with us the whole way through. As I mentioned earlier there were many details (architecturally) that were discussed and options which came from her own personal experience. All good to know. 'cuz you learn something new. Stacie was always polite and personable. I trusted her the whole way. When you have someone that provides you everything you can sleep at night and know it's taken care of when you wake. What more do you need when you buy a house? Well honestly, you need a support team to back you up! C21 has Stacie's back.
