As first time home buyers my wife and I were a wreck to say the least. We had done our own homework but this was water we had never dipped a toe in. We are from Texas and after taking a couple of trips to the Hot Springs area we decided we were in love with the area and ready for a change. I can't tell you how lucky and blessed we feel that we found Stacy. She was truly a gift. From the first meeting we felt very comfortable with Stacy. She was friendly, bubbly and genuinely excited with us. We were somewhat all over the place with what we are looking for but Stacy kept up with us like an old friend. Sharing homes she thought we might like and taking the time to really look at the ones we found and filling us in on the why's and why nots we would want to consider them. It was fun. FINALLY! This is the one,we could really make a home here and all the while there's Stacy excited right along with us. Remember, this WAS our first rodeo but we knew we were in great hands. There would be no struggle to finish this process. Until the end Stacy was right there with us. Calls, texts, more calls...a few more texts and before we knew it we were all sitting at a desk (our kids too) and signing the paperwork for our first home! Stacy care about the people not just the home.

Stacy was wonderful! She took the time to allow us second viewings of properties of interest and asked for details about what we were looking for. She was always very responsive by text and had insight into the local market during this unusual time. I would use her services again in a heartbeat! She recommended we request a receipt for repairs from the Seller to ensure the repairs were done by a licensed contractor. I would not of thought to ask that! VERY personable and not at all pushy. I loved working with her! I couldn't be happier. Satisfied customer. :)
