Buyer reviewWe me Stacy at an open house that we just went to spontaneously as we considered our retirement plans and where we wanted to winter. We loved the area however Stacy's exceptional market knowledge and her very personalized approach were the clinchers for us. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in retirement community. Her very genuine and supportive nature helped us align quickly on a community and as properties were available she was outstanding in communicating with us from a distance. During our order process she had extremely great advice for our negotiation and she kept us well informed through the process. I truly appreciated her enthusiasm for us as our offer was accepted and wr moved towards closing. I highly recommend her!
