Buyer reviewStacy was overwhelmingly patient with our family. We have 3 little kids and they needed to be with us for a lot of the showings. Not only did she help us find the perfect house for our family, but she was an absolute pro dealing with the kids as she showed us 20+ homes. Kids come with unique challenges- dirty feet, loud noises, running, and fits. She was a pro through it all. She even walked her way through some brush to try to find a key (to the house we ended up buying) when we thought my son had thrown it off the deck into brush. We found it in the backyard, but not before Stacy was knee deep in brush behind the fence looking for the key. She really went above and beyond. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Local knowledge of the neighborhood was critical to us in this purchase and even though we had lots of friends who were agents, we knew we needed someone who knew Lake Linganore so we chose Stacy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She really goes above and beyond.

Absolutely we were right, i'm glad she contacted when i emailed her my phone. she was prompt and professional. the only reason we didn't miss out on our our house was because Stacy was there was for us. She literally introduced us to all the people we worked with; from the house inspector, the GC, the loan officer, etc. She made the ultimate call telling us to get another loan officer as the one we were working with wasn't coming forth. She got in touch with all the personnels to make sure our deadlines were extended, not once but twice. The house purchase was possible because of Stacy diligence.
