Buyer reviewStacy Reno really went above and beyond in finding us our new home. After telling her our budget and our must-haves we saw a variety of home in different locations. She quickly determined what we really liked and what was important to us. We were living out of state so when she contacted us about a house that she knew we'd like, we were able to schedule a viewing quickly that allowed us to get back into town to see in person. She developed a great relationship with the sellers' agent and we were the first to know when a previously unavailable house came back on the market. Every question we had about the house was answered immediately. There were no issues scheduling the inspection or appraisal and Stacy even met with a contractor who provided an estimate when we were not able to be there. She calmed me down when I had a bit of a panic attack before the closing and held my hand every step of the way. I would recommend Stacy for her familiarity of the Frederick market and for the fact that she was able to quickly develop a great working relationship with the sellers' agent. She was very accommodating to our schedule plus she was funny and a joy to be around.

Seller reviewThe property was in such bad shape that the decision point was whether to fix it up and sell or find an investor that would pay an "as is" price. Stacy provided net sheets for different scenarios along with comps for other properties in the area that helped me see clearly what I could possibly get for the property. This part of the process was invaluable for me in making the decision to first try to sell to an "as is" investor if possible. Thru the comps we were aware of such an investor who had bought a property nearby. The work done thru the comps and knowing the market seemed to help get the investor to come up a bit from his initial proposal. Stacy was invaluable thru this process. Stacy provided useful information and wise counsel during the whole process. She knows how to negotiate as well. One of the more pleasant aspects of the interaction is that it is often like a partnership between her and I because I have do things and schedule things, not to mention I have thoughts and ideas as well. We worked very well together thru this. She lets you make the decision that needs to be made without coming on with a too strong point of view, but giving you advice in just the right fashion. Can't say enough good things about Stacy in this regard. Selling this property was pretty stressful for me because of the shape it was in and the desire to sell it for a reasonably good price before the market changed. Stacy was a great person to share the experience with.

Stacy Reno put me in contact with professionals who ran a tag sale then completely cleared out the house. As I live in another state, Stacy coordinated and oversaw the home repairs, painting, house cleaning and landscape clean up, Her home staging team came in and made the house look fresh, updated and ready for market. Stacy went above and beyond and I'm truly grateful for her professionalism and support throughout this whole process.

I had paid several thousand dollars to stage a previous house. She delivered on what she promised. Obviously, I think highly of Stacy, her skill, and her professionalism I got more than asking price within a few days of putting the house on the market, thanks in large part to Stacy. I was impressed with her staging of the house and she appropriately worked the various offers we had to find the best one for us. She did more than sell the house too. She helped during our cleanup and was a big help through out the entire process. Quick sale for top price - what more could I ask for! After months of my wife getting worse and finally losing her incredible battle with cancer, it was time for me to make a move. There was no one else I would had got to to sell my home.
