Seller reviewOriginally my house was listed with a different agency that wasn't motivated to sell & it went live with horrible pictures & unrealistic pricing. I had to deal with a rude associate who wasn't interested in dropping the price to move it, only wanting to let it sit to "hopefully get full asking price" looking for more money from the commission & unfortunately, I was locked in for six months with only a few showings. I signed with Stacy as soon as the previous contract expired. She brought in a professional photographer, looked at all the details & priced it perfectly. She listened to every concern I had from my previous experience & answered all my questions, doing extra research when needed. This time my house was only on the market for a short time before it sold. Stacy is very attentive to details, realistic & works hard for her clients.
