Prior to real estate I served in the US Navy from 1991-1995 as a hospital medic and worked as a critical care trauma RN for over 20 years. My love of real estate, interior design, and helping people naturally had me start a career as a realtor. Seller reviewThe sale of our home was a quick decision by us, with little time until we moved out of state. We needed to get our house sold quickly, but for a fair price. Stephanie's recommendation for pricing was spot on (we had actually under-valued our property). She did her homework prior to our first meeting and after seeing our home, knew exactly what we should list at. Knowing we wanted to sell "as-is", mostly due to our tight schedule, she also recommended pre-inspections prior to listing that would be available to prospective buyers, best advice ever for our situation. She then put together a marketing plan including the most beautiful professional photography and dual open houses within 2 weeks of listing in order to meet our timeline needs. Our home had multiple solid offers within 2 weeks and we were under contract. During the time under contract, she kept in touch with us at least once a week. She was always available, odd hours and all. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!!!
