Life is complicated. The real estate processes doesn't have to be. I will be there from start to finish to handle all the details of your transaction. I take pride in my attention to detail and caring for the needs of my clients and would consider it a privilege to help you realize your real estate dreams. I have lived in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties for a total of 13 years. I am an alumni of the University of West Florida having graduated with a degree in Psychology and remain involved in community, volunteering my time with the Santa Rosa County School District, Ronald McDonald House, the Back Pack Program, the Pensacola Association of Realtors and Habitat for Humanity just to name a few. My family and roots are here and I am personally invested in promoting the continued development of this beautiful community; in addition to offering a hands on approach to real estate and my commitment to giving back. I have an extensive background in finance and mortgage related products. This combination makes me uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers with finding the best real estate solutions. I am also a Certified Financial Counselor with experience in remedial, preventative and productive counseling, budgeting and spending. Seller reviewI met with 5 in total perspective agents for the sale of my property. I met with her first & Stephanie was selected for a laundry list of reasons. Punctual for appointments & communicative when differentiations arose. Accessable. Knowledgeable yet honest enough to stay I'm not totally sure so let me find out definitively, does that exactly & relays information. 3 agents put a low-ball anchor price on my property. I live out of state in SC the property would've sold that day for the price given & the price it sold for they'd actually had to do work. Stephanie chose the road paved with integrity & honesty & set a fair price (still sold in under a week). I heard vacuous bombastic bloviating from other agents not from Stephanie. Professional, realistic, normal, honest, real & deftly fastidious in her field. If I owned Casino Beach, I'd let her sale it a grain of sand at a time! I'm not family, never met her, nor did I know her prior she just deserves the verbal acknowledgement full stop.
