Buyer reviewStephanie was suggested to me through Alliance Realty. When she contacted me I explained all my needs in purchasing a home. She made arrangements for me to see the home the day I requested it. As a couple with disabilities, myself paraplegic (wheelchair user) and my husband, blind we needed a home that could be easily made accessible. Also, important to us was location. This house is two minutes from my daughter and family. You can actually see their home from our backyard. We made a big move from NY to be closer to my grandson. Ten months later, after looking at several places with a different realtor and on our own, Miss Stephanie definitely was a breath of fresh air. Her sweet and kind personality immediately set us at ease. She guided me in the offer process and negotiated like a champ. The whole process with the seller, the bank and others involved went smoothly and quickly. God knew our needs and desires. We are grateful and happy. Thank you, Stephanie!
