Seller reviewWhen It came time to sell our deceased mother's property I wanted to use Stephanie because she and her husband were very good neighbors and friends of my mother. I was a little uncomfortable because friendship is not always best way to do business. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My two brothers and I had inherited the property and Stephanie worked easily with all of us, explaining, gathering signatures, and fielding our many calls. I would easily recommend Stephanie to anyone buying or selling in our area.
