Stephanie went above and beyond at answering every question we had and making sure all our needs were met and concerns were acknowledged. It was our first house purchase and there was a lot to learn because there was a lot we didn't know. She didn't make us feel bad for not knowing, she explained everything to us and was extremely patient with us. She conveyed right away that she cared about the outcomes for me and how things would fit into my busy life during the sale process and after. She cared about any disappointments I had along the way and was empathetic. She also gave me gentle but direct guidance as we moved along so that I could easily understand what was happening. I trusted Stephanie to handle all of the above aspects of the sale. It took a bit longer because I decided to list the property just before the 2022 holiday season. But Stephanie made sure to have it shown quite frequently during that time. The inspection process and contractual agreements were a breeze! Stephanie is just excellent! I feel like she cares about me and my family. She was able to assist me with looking at the process as it related to my daily life and helped me best build in the response to the bumps and successes along the way!

She was extremely professional yet personable during the whole experience! She was able to give us the answer almost instantly when we needed them, and let us understand what was needed in a way we could follow. We didn't feel pressured or pushed back from our emotional connection to my late Mother's house in getting it sold.
