She was very informed about the areas and only took us to see stuff that fit our criteria. She listened to our needs and made every attempt to meet them. Stephanie was very patient which was also important to us among other things. I would definitely refer her to family and friends.

She was willing to step in for me when I was physically unavailable for home inspections and made many useful recommendations. When there were issues, I knew I could contact her and they would be corrected in a timely manner. Stephanie was always professional, however she showed a personal interest as well making the process a lot less stressful. I will be recommending Stephanie and Century 21 Keim to all friends and families that show an interest in the area! I went through 4 bad experiences with realtors before Century 21 Keim, and I am glad it went the way it did because I ended up with exceptional service and a beautiful home.
