She had good communication during the closing process so we always knew what was happening with the sale. Her knowledge of the property and the area helped insure a quick sale. Stephanie had previously worked with another family member so we knew she would be an excellent agent for our land as well. My father plans to choose her in the future for other listings that will be coming up.

The sale of this property required a lot of work with AEP and it's communist process for dock permits. I cannot put into words how impressive And knowledgeable Stephanie is. She is definitely not shy to make the phone calls and push when we needed it. She cares a lot about her clients and it was easy to develop a friendship with her. She is not afraid to ask tough questions , or put pressure on a buyer
